1. General Information


This Privacy Policy outlines the principles of processing and protecting personal data provided by Users in connection with the use of the Elit3.pl website.

2. Scope and Purpose of Data Processing


Users' personal data is processed to the extent necessary to:

  • enable contact via the contact form,
  • handle inquiries sent via the form or directly to the email address,
  • conduct the recruitment process via the recruitment form,
  • potentially pursue or defend against claims,
  • fulfill legal obligations imposed on the Administrator.

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide it may prevent contact or participation in the recruitment process.

3. Scope of Processed Data


A) Contact Form

  1. The following personal data may be collected through the contact form:

  • first and last name,
  • email address,
  • phone number (optional),
  • the content of the message.

B) Recruitment Form

  1. The recruitment form may process personal data provided by the candidate, in particular:
  • first and last name,
  • contact details (email address, phone number),
  • information about education, work experience, and qualifications,
  • other data voluntarily provided in the application or attached documents (e.g., CV, cover letter).

In the case of providing data that exceeds the scope required by labor law (Article 22¹ of the Labor Code), the basis for their processing is the candidate's consent.

4. Legal basis for data processing


Personal data is processed on the basis of:
  • Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR - consent of the data subject,
  • Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - actions aimed at concluding or performing a contract,
  • Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR - legal obligation arising from labor law provisions (in the case of recruitment),
  • Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - legitimate interest of the Administrator (e.g., communication with the client, protection against claims).

5. Data retention period


Data provided in the contact form is processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of contact, and may then be archived for no longer than 12 months.
Data of job candidates is processed for the duration of the recruitment process, and in the case of consent to participate in future recruitments - until the consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 12 months from the date it was given.

Data may be stored longer if required by law or necessary to defend against potential claims.

6. Data Recipients


Personal data is not transferred to any third parties.
Access to the data is granted solely to the Administrator and, in a technical capacity, to entities providing services necessary for the operation of the website or email (e.g., hosting provider).
These entities process data solely based on data processing agreements and in accordance with the Administrator's instructions.

The Administrator does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

7. Rights of the Data Subject


Every person whose data is processed has the right to:
  • access their data,
  • rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal),
  • file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

8. Contact and Recruitment Form


Using the contact or recruitment form means consenting to the processing of the provided personal data for the respective purposes of:
  • handling the inquiry,
  • or conducting the recruitment process.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Administrator.

10. Data Protection


The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy


The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The current version of the document is always available on the website.
