- first and last name,

- information about education, work experience, and qualifications,
- other data voluntarily provided in the application or attached documents (e.g., CV, cover letter).
In the case of providing data that exceeds the scope required by labor law (Article 22¹ of the Labor Code), the basis for their processing is the candidate's consent.

- Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - actions aimed at concluding or performing a contract,
- Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR - legal obligation arising from labor law provisions (in the case of recruitment),
- Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - legitimate interest of the Administrator (e.g., communication with the client, protection against claims).
5. Data retention period
Data may be stored longer if required by law or necessary to defend against potential claims.
6. Data Recipients
The Administrator does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
7. Rights of the Data Subject
- access their data,
- rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal),
- file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
